To request that your account and all associated data be deleted, go to the "Settings" page, which has a "Delete Account" section. From there, you can follow a fully automatic process to delete your data.

You will first need to click a few checkboxes to acknowledge that this action will permanently delete ALL of your data, and that this action cannot be reversed. You can then click the "Delete My Account" button to proceed with account deletion. You will be immediately logged out of the site as your account is removed.
